THE BEGINNING

1986 to 1994

Scott Armitage graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA in 1986. He worked during college as a real estate title searcher for a local law firm and a title insurance agency. After graduating, he accepted a position of manager at that title agency and oversaw thousands of real estate transactions and dealt with numerous title issues. He then enrolled in the Denver University College of Law in 1991 and graduated in 1994, after which he started his own practice in Westminster, CO. He quickly found the courtroom for cases involving those issues he works on today. His experience representing individuals and businesses has proven invaluable to each and every client.

MY HISTORY

mISSION

My mission is to provide you “hands-on” assistance, guidance and advice in your legal matters and to obtain the best results for you. That is how I’ve always practiced and will continue to do so relying upon over 30 years of experience as a lawyer. Communication is an easy word to throw out there but successful communication requires good listening by your attorney so that your goals can be understood and realized. Experience in and out of the courtroom has provided me with a perspective of the practical aspects of your issues instead of just a legal, technical view.
